Both companies are among the largest providers of company language lessons in Prague and the Czech Republic as a whole. From August they will come together under the Channel Crossings banner.

Channel Crossings is already one of the largest language schools in Prague . In the sixteen years it has been active in the market, the company has modelled itself into an agency providing comprehensive language services from language courses for companies and the general public to studying abroad, as well as translation, interpreting and conference services.

Ulrych Language Studio is focussed primarily on clients from the banking and legal sectors, and has also carved out a respected position for itself in regions outside Prague .

Acquisition of Ulrych Language Studio provides Channel Crossings with a significant opportunity to expand its activities in the area of company language teaching, and it will also strengthen its market position.
