In June, the Department of Translations and Interpreting of language agency Channel Crossings organized an extensive survey focused on client satisfaction. We have addressed more than two hundred companies - purchasers of translation or interpreting services.
The subject of the survey was topics related to the satisfaction of customers with current services supplied by Channel Crossings, but also their requests for supplementary or additional services. The survey which was actively participated in by more than one hundred respondents has brought several interesting data.
First of all, the absolute majority of our customers connect Channel Crossing's translation and interpreting services with the word ?high quality?. This fact is particularly important for us, since it is just the quality which we stress most of all in our everyday work. The other concepts our respondents have most often connected with our services are "on time? and "in a helpful manner". Information provided from the part of Channel Crossings is considered by our respondents as "detailed" or "very good" (the total of 100 % answers).
The answers to the following open question ?What do you appreciate most about your current cooperation with Channel Crossings?? are also an interesting data point for further processing. Our customers have most often mentioned "high quality?, "helpfulness?, "promptness?, "reliability" and "communication". We are very pleased that our customers described our approach to partners in this way. This is the approach which we have intentionally chosen and which we want to further implement in the current turbulent market.
In our survey we have also focused on more general issues, particularly, what are the decisive criteria when purchasing translation and interpreting services. Our customers have again pointed out the guarantee of quality, followed by price and promptness of translation services. The aforementioned information and a significant amount of customer interest in not only current services, but also in certified and express translations, are encouraging us to further develop our services.
This survey is the first in a series of surveys to be launched in the subsequent months. We will keep you informed about the results.
