Full day (up to 8 working hours)	8 200,-	9 900,-
Half day (up to 4 working hours)	4 900,-	6 200,-

The above rates apply to interpreting between Czech and an international language. If 4 working hours are exceeded, the full day rate is charged. If 8 working hours are exceeded, each additional commenced hour is charged as overtime.

For simultaneous interpreting it is necessary to order two interpreters per language and per day.

Additional rates and surcharges:

Interpreting between international languages	+ 50% on the above stated rates
Interpreting in other combinations	individual rates
Court interpreting	individual rates
Interpreting at the weekend	+ 50% on the applicable rate

The stated prices exclude 20% VAT. The price list is valid from 1st January 2010.

Background material for the interpreting (programme, presentation, speeches etc.) must be provided at least a week in advance.

Cancellation fees

In the event of cancelling an order for interpreting services we charge the following cancellation fees:

Number of hours (on working days) in advance that cancellation is received	Cancellation fee (% of the calculated price)
72 - 24 hours	50 %
Less than 24 hours	100 %

In all cases we invoice 100% of any demonstrable costs that arose in connection with the order.
