Translation services

Prices are given including an expertise surcharge. A standard page (SP) consists of 1800 characters including spaces. Each commenced SP is billed as a complete SP.

For another languages individual rates are charged.

The day on which the order is placed and the day of delivery are not included in the time for preparing the translation.

Translation of a sound recording	+ 50% on the standard page rate
Graphic layout work on translation	by agreement
Transcription of text in Czech	100 CZK / SP
Transcription of text in foreign language	120 CZK / SP
Transcription of text in Cyrillic	120 CZK / SP
Transcription of sound recording	+ 50% on the standard transcription page rate
Work from difficult to read or hand written text, or poor quality sound recording	+ 20% on the applicable rate

Prices exclude 20% VAT. The price list is valid from 1st January 2010.

Cancellation fees:

In the event of cancelling an order for translation or other text processing service, the already completed part of the order will be charged in accordance with the price list plus a cancellation fee of 10-20% of the basic rate for each remaining SP.

Bulk discount:

For orders exceeding 100 SP a bulk discount is applicable.

All relationships between the customer and the agency must be in accordance with the agency’s terms and conditions of business.
